Bright Horizons has a range of family care solutions which provides your people and your business with professional back-up emergency care that they can rely on.

Employees are able to access an extensive, nationwide network of high-quality child, adult and elder care options, which can be booked online or by phone to one of our experienced Care Consultants. If a care challenge arises, we offer the reassurance that your people can carry on being the best they can be. Our dependant care solutions include:

Nursery Care: Nursery care for children aged 3 months to 5 years at a Bright Horizons nursery or a nursery in our invitation-only care network. 

After-School Care and Playschemes: After-school care and playschemes for children aged 5 years to 14 years.

In-Home Childcare: In-home highly qualified and experienced nannies for children from birth to 17 years, tailored to the individual family requirements.

In-Home Adult Care: Personal care assistants for those aged 18+ delivered in-home.

In-Home Elder Care: Personal care assistants for elderly relatives and loved one, delivered in home.

Extensive Insurance, Data Protection and Information Security
At Bright Horizons, Keeping Everyone Safe is our number one priority and this extends across our organisation. We have extensive data protection and information security policies, procedures and technology, which protects our clients and their families.
We have a wealth of experience in working with clients from different sectors, many of whom have specific security requirements, including the Ministry of Defence, NHS, HSBC, Shell and BP, and many FTSE 100 companies.

We also have comprehensive insurance policies in place:
• 10,000,000 in public liability coverage
• Indemnity up to £10,000,000 for clients and their families
• Insurance for nannies and adult carers (Bright Horizons does not rely on carers to have their own individual cover, unlike other back-up care providers)
