The McKinsey Women in the Workplace 2021 study shows women are increasingly subject to burnout through the pandemic. Prominent economists have warned that women – and in particular mothers – could find themselves on a slower career track if concerns about care and school disruptions lead to more women choosing virtual working.
However, many organisations are finding ways to mitigate these concerns and boost gender inclusion in the new world of work. Following International Women's Day, with its 2022 theme 'Break the Bias', this session will explore and identify successful strategies for gender equity in the hybrid working world.
