Today we are all more aware of what we eat, drink and consume (or at least aware that there is a lot of guidance) and the impact of this on our physical and mental health and energy. Now faced with the prospect of staying in at home during the current coronavirus pandemic, we might find ourselves concerned about a shortage of fresh food in our fridges, or worried about snacking on unhealthy treats, or missing out on exercise, just when our immune systems need a boost.
