A look at how we can create work environments in which intergenerational dynamics flourish and inclusivity is a practice not only a policy. How do we challenge ageism, embrace reverse mentoring and encourage an openness to diverse thinking? This session will explore generational definitions and highlight our awareness of some of the trigger points that often show up in our teams and organisational cultures.
