For the growing number of people taking parental leave there are two facts: stepping out of the business is the easy part… Coming back is trickier!
As an employer, in addition to their extensive employee benefits package, health and wellbeing initiatives, and enhanced parental leave policies, the ABI is now supporting its new and expecting employees with specialist coaching designed to help families to transition to parental leave and return with confidence – thinking through both sides of the equation.
