Group Coaching is available to assist you during the parental transition, and offers stage-based sessions on pre-leave, during leave and post-leave.
An opportunity to network and gain best practice tips for those preparing for a significant leave of absence around having a child (e.g. maternity, adoption, surrogacy or shared parental leave) whether female or male. With an expert facilitator and the shared experience of others, these sessions will help you lay strong foundations now for your leave and for your future return by planning-ahead, engaging your stakeholders, strengthening relationships and building your support networks.
