Frequently Asked Questions

A: Your free membership with MindMe provides you with access to a comprehensive online database, as well as useful resources, to help you find caregivers that meet your personal/family needs from last minute childcare to everyday care, household help and even pet care. You can tailor your search to browse thousands of caregivers or simply post a job advert online. The membership to the care portal is part of your Bright Horizons benefit, but all care arrangements and costs are your direct responsibility.

A: Visit your Work+Family Space and click on the MindMe: Care Support tile or navigate to the Knowledge Centre and select Offers. This will take you to your employer’s MindMe homepage where you can register for free and begin to search for suitable care options.

A: Yes, you will need to register with MindMe using your work email address.

A: You can find care in two ways – you can post a job to advertise your care needs and caregivers will contact you, or you can search carers and service providers local to you and get in touch with them directly. Visit the website for more information and tips on interviewing, screening and background checks.

A: Membership access to the network of caregivers is included in your benefits programme. Once you hire and confirm care, you are then responsible for the cost. The cost varies based on geographic region, provision, number of children or pets and level of care required.

A: No. Your use of the on-demand platform does not impact your back-up care use allowance. Many people find that that MindMe is a great solution for finding care once you have used all of your annual allowance of back-up care for the year or if you are looking for regular care.

A: Tutorwiz offers online maths & English tutoring for children, no matter their age or ability. Whether they’re studying for exams such as SATs, the 11+, GCSEs or IGCSEs (or equivalent), or simply need an extra helping hand outside the classroom, Tutorwiz can help.

A: You will receive a complimentary in-depth assessment and your first three weeks tutoring free.


HOLLAND PARK TUITION AND EDUCATION CONSULTANTS

A: Holland Park can support you, whether you are looking to find the perfect school for your child support their applications to top universities or pass an exam with flying colours.

A: Your membership fee is waived, and tuition discounts are available.


MY TUTOR

A: Choose from over 30 subjects from KS2 up to GCSE and A Level (or equivalent) to keep your child learning from home. They can learn fun new topics, revise old ones, and be guided through by friendly subject experts.
