Each year we survey our clients’ employees to understand more about the current and future challenges they face as employees, parents and carers. We aim to uncover their evolving needs and anticipate what they will most value from their employers, to help our clients maintain their market leading positions and encourage other organisations to provide better support going forward.
We were pleased to find that three-quarters of respondents were already aware that their employer has a partnership with Bright Horizons, which is tribute to the combined work carried out across each year by the organisations themselves with the support of our client engagement team.
This year, over 1,750 employees responded across 182 Bright Horizons clients and multiple sectors. This report provides an insight into the impact this support has on their lives, loyalty and engagement.
