Each year, we carry out research with our clients’ employees to uncover emerging trends, identify their needs and challenges as workers, parents and carers, and gain deeper insights into their changing expectations around family support.

This year, over 1,900 employees responded across nearly 200 of Bright Horizons clients and multiple sectors.

    90% of Back-Up Care users say their employer supports families: 22 percentage points higher than the UK average.

  • 🌱 Wellbeing and mental health
    More than 90% of Back-Up Care users say it reduces their stress.
