Date: Thursday, 7th May 2020.

Forthcoming Gender Pay Gap (GPG) and Shared Parental Leave legislation means Irish employers will be in the spotlight on both gender equality and support for working parents.

Many leading employers are already tackling these ahead of the legal push, as part of diversity, talent and good business sense.

Join a stimulating and informative session to hit the ground running, examining current practice in Ireland as well as drawing out key lessons from the UK where Gender Pay Gap reporting and Shared Parental Leave insights have been hard won over the past few years.

Hosted by Jennifer Liston-Smith, Head of Coaching, Consultancy & Thought Leadership at Bright Horizons Work+Family Solutions, she’ll be exploring

the key ‘motherhood’ and ‘good daughter’ penalties through gendered assumptions around parenting and caring, and examining how employers are supporting more gender-inclusive models of parenting.
