Our Parental Leave Benchmark survey, carried out every few years, provides insight into which company benefits, policies and supports are leading the way. This allows us to continue the consistent improvement of our Work+Family solutions and share our knowledge with the wider industry.

You are invited to participate in this year’s benchmark survey. The results will be consolidated and anonymised to protect confidentiality, and you will receive a copy of the report to give you a clear indication of how competitive your offering is in your sector.
