Bright Horizons Family Solutions Acquires My Family Care: Supporting the delivery of increased family solutions to support employers’ people strategies
5th February 2019 – Bright Horizons® a global provider of child care, early education and employer solutions, announced it has completed the acquisition of My Family Care in the UK.
My Family Care is a company committed, like Bright Horizons, to supporting family-friendly workplaces through a combination of innovative technology and practical solutions. Both companies have a long history of partnering with leading employers such as IBM, Procter & Gamble, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch to provide effective, inclusive dependant care solutions to working families.
With employers focused on providing opportunities to encourage and support the broadest range of individuals to achieve their career goals, particularly in the context of gender pay reporting and inclusion, Bright Horizons is well placed to help them achieve these goals.
