Bright Horizons expands Work+Family division with new Executive Director

Chris Locke has joined Bright Horizons as Executive Director to lead growth within its Work+Family division, a leading provider of family solutions for forward-thinking employers.

Before joining Bright Horizons, Chris co-founded and spearheaded Aspire, an edtech platform that delivers upskilling and reskilling programmes for enterprise clients in the UK and US.

Throughout his career, Chris has inspired teams to deliver meaningful growth, with an emphasis on developing high-performing cultures. Central to this has been applying technology to build new propositions that positively impact learners' outcomes.

With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, Chris now leads Bright Horizons' Work+Family division, which continues to support the evolving needs of working families across the UK.

Bright Horizons, a provider of employer solutions, back-up care and nursery services, helps employers and employees successfully blend work and family life.
