Our Parental Leave Toolkit Wins B2B Website of the Year in the UK Dev Awards 2021
Bright Horizons is delighted to announce we have been awarded B2B Website of the Year in the UK Dev Awards for our Parental Leave Toolkit, our online and app coaching solution which supports both parents-to-be and their managers at work.
Users benefit from deep coaching expertise available at their fingertips, as well as individualised programmes created just for them. Behind the user-friendly interface, the Parental Leave Toolkit is highly sophisticated, with functions such as checklists and planning tools, interactive coaching tools, the ability to share experiences via a forum, and top tip videos.
The coaching resources take a holistic approach, recognising that genuinely successful transitions between work to parental leave and back again need to work both personally and professionally. Topics covered include the professional, such as handover and hand-back planning, discussing working arrangements, and communicating with a manager; as well as the personal, such as childcare choices, and confidence and wellbeing. The Toolkit is inclusive for all parents, including mothers, fathers, same-sex partners, adoptive parents, and more.
