30 companies and organisations in the legal sector in UK responded to this year’s Benchmark Survey, providing insights into their current offering, how and why it’s changed over the last four years since the introduction of Shared Parental Leave and their plans for the future.

Over 27 of these provided detailed input on their current policy and benefits for maternity, adoption, paternity and shared parental leave. In this snapshot we analyse and comment on their responses and how they compare to the all industries benchmark.
