A raft of family-inclusive legislative change sails into effect in April, and many of our clients have been asking us for help with clarity on this. The employers we work with are often ahead of the game with policies that go further than the statutory minimum and yet they also want to ensure they are fully on top of the changes and can communicate effectively about them. So we partnered with one of our law firm clients, Hogan Lovells, to produce an at-a-glance reminder of the changes together with some suggestions on what best practice looks like, beyond the minimum. We hope it’s helpful. There is a link to further information on the statutory requirements from Hogan Lovells and we at Bright Horizons would be happy to support you as ever with conversations about what leading edge support looks like.
