We are passionate about finding the right solution for our clients and sometimes that means leveraging your internal capability. We help develop internal coaching or mentoring teams through our Coach the Coach programmes for qualified coaches, development workshops or simple launch events for volunteer buddies or mentors.

For many clients, we have helped craft simple guidelines for volunteer buddies, covering managing the buddy relationship, how to structure a meeting, agreeing about confidentiality, taking a coaching approach, FAQs and signposting further support.
