Best Practice for Wellbeing and Family Life for Health Professions Employees - WATCH ON DEMAND

HPMA - Best Practice for Wellbeing and Family Life for Health Professions Employees

The demands on health professions employees have been continuous over the last year and the commitment of staff has been legendary. This webinar offers an opportunity for those who lead and implement workforce wellbeing and work-life programmes to come together and discuss what works, as we continue to support our valued workforces.

We’ll explore together what Wellbeing means in these challenging times and what works best to support it. The NHS Workforce National Health & Wellbeing Framework sets out clearly the necessary enablers and evidence-based interventions and we’ll take a look at examples in use in NHS Trust organisations. We’ll look at the making the business case and working out Return on Investment for some different measures.
