The NHS Workforce National Health & Wellbeing Framework sets out clearly the necessary enablers and evidence-based interventions and we’ll take a look at examples in use in NHS Trust organisations. We’ll look at the making the business case and working out Return on Investment for some different measures.
The Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) call themselves the professional voice of HR in healthcare. They were set-up 40 years ago and have over 4,000 members ranging from HRDs and deputy directors through to Trusts and CCGs. 95% of these members are from NHS trusts in London. They are also a registered charity and have been for four years now.
