They select a suitable local provider that meets the programme rules.

Keep the evidence
Where the agreed model requires payment upfront, they keep the receipt and any other required information.

Submit a request
They enter the care details and upload the required evidence through the Care Reimbursement Hub or agreed local process.
05.
Receive reimbursement
Once the request is checked and approved, reimbursement is made through the payment route agreed for that market.
