Every two years, we survey the landscape of parental leave policy and practice. This year, over 500 organisations responded. The resulting benchmark aims to answer the question, ‘What does good look like?’
The data has been presented in an at-a-glance format, so organisations can easily see which benefits, policies and provisions are the baseline for parental support, and which ones will give them a competitive edge. This year, we have also looked beyond the parent transition into provisions for ongoing parents and for carers of adult dependants.
