One-to-one Coaching
A highly tailored approach for the individual and their manager delivered on-site or virtually. We bring 15 years of pioneering reputation in maternity coaching – now more inclusively parent transition coaching – and we coach on all topics related to the work-life-family life stages. These sessions are delivered across global regions by our highly experienced coaches who combine strong corporate experience and career / leadership coaching with our specialist transition coaching approaches. Our parent transition coaching is enhanced by access to our app-based Parental Leave Toolkit and Parental Leave Toolkit for Managers.

Group Coaching

Manager Best Practice
There are two sides to the Better Conversations that are needed around combining career and family. We prefer to work on both, though we are happy to start with either. For managers, there are many options including workshops, webinars, online tools and one-to-one coaching, to enhance managers’ capabilities. We place a practical focus on enabling successful transitions, identifying best practice across the business and building a more consistent approach to retaining and developing employees through times of transition. Our input is part expert advisor, part coach/mentor and overall trusted sounding board.

Facilitated Keeping in Touch Days
Make the most of those all-important ‘Keeping in Touch’ days during Maternity, Adoption or Shared Parental Leave through tailored group coaching workshops or facilitated panel events as part of a specially designed company-wide KIT day. We have over a decade of innovating to create confidence-building KIT days, enabling clients to win awards for innovation and uplifts of around 12% to 14% in return rates. We can also take care of the practical aspect of childcare, through back-up care or via on-site nursery facilities.

Coach the Coaches
We are passionate about finding the right solution for you and sometimes that means leveraging your internal capability. We’ve helped many clients build and launch internal coach / mentor programmes for parental leave or flexible working, for example. We’ll help you develop your own internal coaching resources through our Coach the Coach programmes for qualified coaches or development workshops or simple launch events for volunteer buddies or mentors. Our Coach Development Programme is recognised by the   (Institute of Leadership & Management)

Online Parental Leave Coaching

Work+Family Academy: Our Award-Winning Webinars and Seminars
We have extensive experience of launching and supporting award-winning family and carer networks, with practical topics across a range of relevant themes. We help you shape an effective programme and provide of speakers, workshops, webinars, networking events or group coaching sessions to engage and inspire your internal networks, employee resource groups or business resources groups. Our short, impactful events are all designed to allow for the sharing of experience amongst working parents and carers as well as providing practical tips and advice.

Finding Childcare
Finding the right childcare solution is a key part of a successful return to work and ongoing work+family success. Our experts help employees find childcare which works for them, within our 300+ Bright Horizons nurseries or our extended network, if parents are looking for a nursery place. Our experts can also provide individual or group advice on the whole range of childcare or adult dependant care options available in the UK and Ireland and important tailored advice to help your busy employees navigate the care maze.
